July sales volumes in Hamilton City remain steady compared with the June 2013, and are up by 21.7% compared to July 2012. The Hamilton City median house price was higher in July 2013 than it was one month ago and one year ago - it increased by $10,000 (or 3%) to $345,000 compared to $335,000 in June 2013; and it has increased by $6,180 ($1.8%) when compared to June 2012 when it was $338,820.
